i found this Scutellinia 22.7.2016 on wet wood, in stream.
About 1-3 mm across.
Hairs - 530-1436 µm, uni or sometimes bifurcate base, with septs
Spores-17,2-19,4,x11,3-12,8, Q=1,51
Altitude-about 800 metres
Probably crinita ?

There looks to be at least some of the broad based hairs which are more than bi-furcate which would make S crinita the obvious choice for me.
