contradicta. I have been wondering why de Bary bubbles should be present. What it
may be in your opinion? Trichobolus? I am now studying the species of the genus, for a
planned article (about 1 year).
Many species have been so examined by Bronkers already. However, some are not included.
No Trichophaea is Trichophaea himalyaensis LR Batra 1961 (with round spores)
and Trichophaea mussooriensis (KS Thind, EK Cash & Sethi) LR Batra, Mycologia
52 (3): 524 (1961) [1960] (doubtful)
Unclear for me Trichophaea pallidibrunnea WY Zhuang & Korf 1989 (the
diagnosis, without drawings of spores, is a bit thin)
Some I can tell, unfortunately, because I lack the literature.
Trichophaea
cupulata D.C. Pant, Norw. Jl Bot. 27(1): 31 (1980)
Trichophaea
tumidosa K.S. Thind & S.C. Kaushal, Kavaka 7: 47 (1980) [1979]
Trichophaea
radhanagarensis S.D. Patil & M.S. Patil, Indian Phytopath. 37(1): 53
(1984)
