Erumpent. Asci ca 200 x 24 my. Spores muriform, 34.1 (32-38) x 14.6 (14-16.5) µm, Q 2,34.

Hi Thomas,
The microscopy is reminiscent of genera such as Parafenestella.
You know like me that fenestelloid fungi are very difficult to study. To my knowledge, none are known on Aesculus, but I can only think of Hermann or Walter to help you. If your fungus is known, they will know it.
