Récolté dans le 22 en France (réserve naturelle des landes de la poterie) sur branche de Fagus sp ou peut être Quercus sp tombée au sol.
Asques en moyenne 60 µm de long.
Apex apical IKI bb.
Subhyménium hyalin.
Je n'arrive pas à déterminer si il y a un subiculum ou pas? J'ai considéré qu'il n'y avait pas , peut être à tort?
j'ai considéré également que les spores étaient OCI 0. Septée 1 fois
Paraphyse avec une grosse vacuole réfringente
Je pense à Mollisia atlantica.

Mollisia atlantica is a good option.
It would be important to know whether the septate spores are released by turgid asci.

Malheureusement non, les asques n'étaient plus turgescents. La branchette de bois sur laquelle j'ai prelevé l'échantillon est toujours dehors sous les arbres du jardin. Je vais voir si je peux refaire une analyse.

j'ai analysé à nouveau la dimension des spores sur un nouvel exemplaire récupéré sur la branchette au fond du jardin et les dimensions sont légèrement plus petites. Serait il possible de me dire si mes asques sont réellement turgescents? Merci infiniment

But even without turgor in the asci, the uniformity of spore size and shape indicates that it is Mollisia atlantica.
That's what I would call it, but I'm not always right.
