Helotiales on Pinus needles

Last Tuesday I found some tiny white Helotiales growing on dead Pinus sylvestris needles attached to the underside of a fallen branch.
Asci 8-spored, with croziers, IKI+(b).
Paraphyses narrowly cylindrical, hairs minutely warted, both with some VBs. Excipulum of textura prismatica.
Spores fusiform-fusoid-cuneiform, measuring 4.9 - 7.3 × 1.6 - 1.9 µm, Q = 3.1 - 4.1; avg = 6.0 × 1.7 µm, Qav = 3.5; n = 8.
The best suggestion I have is Ciliolarina neglecta on a slightly abnormal substrate. Any ideas?
