But of course, I should have thought of that, Zotto! In fact, I chose hyaline spores in the key while Björn Wergen chose "brown" spores which I still find really weird as a choice…

I will read the article that Enrique shared which shows several taxa that are very close both macroscopically and microscopically and it is true that the ecology of Nigrograna fuscidula would fit well here.
