Hello,

I need help with this Mollisia sp.

Marginal cells not very conspicuous. Asci with croziers, spores already 1-septate in the ascus, oil 0. KOH-reaction weak-yellow. On deciduous wood. Medulla built of hyaline, parallel hyphae.

ich denke du hast septierte Sporen schon im lebenden Ascus gesehen.

Mir fällt nur M. atlantica (ined.) ein. Allerdings ist die gewöhnlich KOH-negativ.

Hallo Zotto, vielen Dank,
ja die Sporen sind schon deutlich im Acus septiert. Ich habe die KOH-Reaktion noch ein paar Mal überprüft, sie war in allen Fällen negativ. Das letzte Bild ist mit CrB.

yes the spores are already clearly septated in the acus. I checked the KOH reaction a few more times, it was negative in all cases. The last picture is in CrB.

Ja, der Ascus schaut vital aus. In toren Asci haben septierte Sporen nämlich noch nicht viel zu sagen, das kann bei viel mehr Mollisien vorkommen.
