Literature Request - Protothelenella

Hello,
I am looking for the following paper that I have failed to locate online, containing the genus Protothelenella. I have a lichenised species growing on bryophytes, from the Cairngorms in Scotland, that seems distinct from the three species mentioned in the 2009 lichen flora by Smith et al. and also from the non-lichenised P. polytrichi (Döbbeler, 1987). Any similar papers describing these species would also be appreciated.
