Hi Elisabeth,
great finding, this is a for the moment called Macroskyttea sambuci or close related species (IT PROBABLY IS A GROUP OF SPECIES), the hairs are bit dfferent in your collection A collection from the Netherlands on Myrica gale sequenced supports the placement in the Cordieritidaceae
kind regards,
Stip

Re : Hyalopeziza
Dear Elisabeth
I agree with Stip and wonder which species it is. Are the asci without croziers? Then it could be my H. sambuci. The excipulum looks brownish?
Könntest du mir die Bilder per Mail schicken? Sie sind etwas klein, vermutlich sehe ich dann mehr.
Grüße

...and the usual scavenger is here too :-)
If you feel like it and there is enough material I have my arms open! I think I owe you several already...
at Stockholm now,
Timo
