Yes, it could be Ciliolarina. Perhaps C. neglecta. But you ned to see short rough hairs at the margin. Did you see any parapahyses, are they with VBs?

Yes, clearly Ciliolarina!
Some species have hemiamyloid asci, so with melzer you will overlook this.
