Most likely Polyporus sp.
Description:
Perithecia scattered, seated in a whitish Subiculum, brownish, no KOH reaction, slightly pyriform or nearly globose, about 0.2-0.3 x 0.3-0.35 mm (b x h). Anamorph between Perithecia.
Asci IKI negative, about 80-100 x 4-5 µm. Spores two-celled, without appendages, hyaline, verrucose, mostly with a narrower and a broader cell, 10-13 (-15) x 3-4 µm.
Anamorph ?Gliocladium?, with one-celled, hyaline, ellipsoid conidia 3-5.5 x 2-2.5(-3).
