Hi Dragisa,

looks-like member of the genus Gnomoniopsis (Diaporthales), check in Walker et al. (2010) - a monograph.

Re : Diaporthaceae
Thanks, I found that paper on the net and I`m reading now.
Looks similar, but in the key has not species that grows on Poaceae (only Quercus, Onagraceae and Rosaceae). My plant is definitely Poaceae. In the same place has a lot of Rubus sp. but this is a stem (or leaf) of some herbaceous plant.

Re : Diaporthaceae
It could be one of the following: Gnomonia rostellata, G. chamaemori - if found nearby Rubus plants, or even Gnomoniopsis comari s.lat., considering position of the the septum, spore measurements and their morphology.
Try to precise the ascus's morphology, constriction of the septae, guttules, also of the similar  gnomoniaceous fungi.

Regards,

Dimitar

Re : Diaporthaceae
Hi Dimitar, I analyzed again.
I added a picture of the apical ring with IKI. Also, it can be seen a constriction of the septae and extensions on the spores.
