At first it is important to know if the asci are actually inamyloid. I need to see more clearly the iodine colour in the ascoplasma to be sure. You don't have iodine crystals and potassium iodide to mix your own Lugol with a strong concentration?
Croziers appear to be present, but a clearer photo would be welcome.
Do the apothecia have a stipe and how large are they?
Are you sure it is wood or perhaps bark?

Hola Zotto, a ver si puedo responderte A Todo 1º es en madera de Eucalipto 2º Te Pongo fotos del estipe y Medidas de los apotecios 3º yo diria Que No Tiene Salón báculos ... pero ... no lo tengo tan claro, Te Pongo FOTOS a si quer ver tu Tienes mas Experiencia PUEDES Verlo mejor. 4º Te Pongo fotos de Asca un ... this hecha en Lugol y yo suelo USAR EL Photoshop para Cortar y resaltar Cosas ... Las Dos Formas Que la utilizo te las pongo en la Foto para comparar el color. Saludos Joseba

I think croziers are present, but only a guess.
For the iodine reaction: I think it could be a stronger solution. Also it is better to take dead asci because in living asci the apical wall is compressed, not thicker than on the side, and then a reaction is sometimes difficult to see. But I guess it is inamyloid.
In any case, an idea I haven't so far :-(
