... found near Durlangen ("Rehnenmühle") north of Schwäbisch Gmünd (Baden-Württemberg, Germany), on a heap of logs of Alnus glutinosa, at the transverse section of a lying stem, on old Chondrostereum purpureum and on naked wook apparently soaked with the juice of the stereoid fungus.
Unfortunately, the specimen seems to be in no good condition, as a lot of bacteria induce, already. I found only few unripe and old asci, no turgescent ones. Spores I found quite many, but most of them seemed unripe or very old, some had already been germinating (what proves that they have two germ-pores).
The tomentum of the fungus is luxuriant, so I think it is better called M. caprina than M. lagenaria.
What do you think?

this seems very unlikely to me. Not only didn`t I notice a tomentelloid fungus but also grew the perithecia clearly in the tomentum of the cap of Chondrostereum (there I removed my pieces for examination) and between the carpophores of Chondrostereum on naked wood without any other (aphyllophaleous) fungus. And as you see from my first pictures, the pyrenomycete has a well developed tomentum (without beak it would remind Lasiosphaeria ovina).

danke für den Link. Ins Pilzforum eu komme ich leider nicht so hinein - es klappt nicht einmal der Versuch, sich ein neues Passwort senden zu lassen ...
Ja, Melanospora chionea - die scheint besser zu passen, schon von der Sporengröße her. An die hatte ich nicht gedacht, weil ich sie schon öfter mal fand, aber immer an Kiefernadeln, wie in Deinem Link oben gepostet. Aber auch da ist ja unten ein Fund an einem Aphyllophoralen. Vermutlich wächst die Art auch an Kiefernadeln auf Pilzen.
Gut - dann werde ich den Fund mal vorläufig unter M. chionea ablegen.
