Sur terre nue (dans un prés à 1'500m), apothécies 0.25-0.5mm de diamètre, sessile, de couleur rose, asques 80-100x10-14µm, IKI rouge, 8 spores, 9-12x5.5-7µm, multiguttulées, lisses, Paraphyses non où élargies au sommet.

this could come close to Mniaecia (Epiglia) gloeocapsae. I can see cyanobacteria at your picture.

looks indeed like a mmiaecia-like fungus. But hemiamyloid asci are unknown to me in that group. Again please keep the material in your herbarium.
