Lasiobelonium lanceolatum ?
Pavol Palo, 02-01-2014 08:47
Hi everybody,

I found this one on death decay stem Arctium sp..The apothecia are mostly 1-2 mm wide. Hairs cylindrical septate with incrustation >220 x 2,5-3 µm. Paraphyses lanceolate septate  50-90 x 3-4 µm (exceeding 20-25 µm the ascii) sometimes branched. The asci are 8 spores 50-65 x 4 µm. Ascospores 8-15 (21) x 1,5-2 µm, 0-1 septate , often with two small oil drop at poles. Textura angularis

Thanks

Palo

Hi Paolo,

Did you consider Trichopeziza mollissima ?

Hi all,
I agree with Michel. The colour and microscopy fit well Trichopeziza mollissima.
I found it last year on Fallopia japonica, another plant with thick hernaceous stems.
Cheers - LUC.

Bonne Année à tous - Happy New Year to all of you.
