The hairs are 25-99 µm, asci 115,5-140 µm
I didn't have any reaction with Melzer.
Does anyone have an idea?
Best wishes

Re : Coniochaeta tetraspora?
Hello Björn,
In a monograph from Mahoney & LaFavre (Mycologia Vol. 73 1981) it is stated that C. Tetraspora is only isolated from soil and not from dung.
In the following article http://www.stanford.edu/group/neurospora/pdfs/Raju2000.pdf it is stated that immature asci of Coniochaeta tetraspora originally contain eight uninucleate ascospores. Two ascospore pairs in each ascus survive and mature, and two die and degenerate.
Did you find any immature asci containing eight spores?
Joop
