B'soir à tous.Voici une espèce trouvée sur bois décortiqué de Populus.
Une trentaine d'ascomes superficiels ou mi-immergé dans le bois, de forme globuleuse avec un ostiole montrant un cou assez court, ouverture arrondie.
Spores hyalines, 3 cloisons, 14,4-17,6x4,4-5um Q=3,2-3,7 avec une grosse guttule dans chaque cellule.
Asques unituniqués, spores souvent bisériées, 90-110x7-8 um avec l'apex tronqué, IKI-.
Paroi de l'ascome très fine : 15-25um, structure assez indéfinissable (pas réussi à faire de coupe suffisamment fine).
Une idée ?

Hi Yannick,
unfortunately, the determination of Chaetosphaeria species is nearly impossible without knowing the anamorph. If there is not any anamorphic state present on the substrate in the area of the ascomata, I fear you need to put it in culture.

Dear friends,
I agree with Gernot, it is impossible to know what is it without anamorphic state. I could try to cultivate your specimen Yannick, althrough anamoprh should be on the substrate. I know it is sometime difficult to see. You would have to rehydrate your collection , it is easier to see.

les culture sont encore en incubation et se développent bien, je pense que j'aurai du nouveau semaine prochaine. Je te répondrai en privé car ici, on est hors sujet.
