Peziza paludicola or something else?
Nedim Jukic, 12-07-2015 00:05
Nedim JukicThis one from the same locality as the previous one (about 900 meters asl), two weeks ago. Single apothecia on hardwood log immersed in river, underside, togheter with Pachyella babingtonii.
Ascospores smooth, quite large, with few keys came up to Peziza paludicola (P. udicola), but there is quite few uncertainties apropo excipullum (medulla is textura intricata - find photo bellow), and not sure about habitat either.
Paraphyses filled with many refractive vacuoles.

Spores:
25.4 - 27.2 x 11.1 - 13.2  µm
Q = 2 - 2.3
Me = 26.3 x 12.1 µm ;
