bitunicate ascomycete on wood in rivulet - Lophiostoma?

... the spores of this find (today, in the Eifel, Germany, on decorticate decideous wood, likely Alnus, in a rivulet) remind me of Lophiostoma - but he ascomata are not laterally compressed. The asci are quite long, ca. 100-120/10-13 µm, the spores about 25-32/6-7 µm large, with conspicuous oil drops. Old and dead spores tend to become brown, living spores are hyaline.Who can provide me with a hint?
Best regards, Lothar

Re : bitunicate ascomycete on wood in rivulet - Lophiostoma?
Hola Lothar.
Por opinar algo, aunque las esporas son un poco grandes, me parece apreciar una vaina mucosa, quizás Lophiostoma vagabundum, dejo un par de enlaces;

You may want to consider Massarina corticola and Amniculicola parva. The latter grows on submerged wood (described from Alnus) and stains the underlying wood sometimes purple. Did you note a gelatinous sheath?

Hello Josep and Eduard,
thank you both for your proposals - three ones :-)
I did not note a purple stain of the wood, nor did I note a gelatinous spore sheath, but maybe the latter I possibly overlooked. I will try to examine again.
Best regards and thanks again,
Lothar

bitunicate ascomycete on wood in rivulet - Amniculicola parva
Hello Josep and Eduard,
today I re-examined the sample and compared with all three of your proposals.
After all, I come to the conclusion that Amniculicola parva is the right choice.
Spore length and septation, spore sheath (present!), asci, peridium structure, macroscopical appearance of ascomata, and last not least the ecology are perfectly fitting. The only obstacle is the color of the wood which is not stained red, but this is not obligatory.
Thanks again to you both and best regards, Lothar
