Hello everyone, On 08/04/26, I found a growth sit
Dear friends,
last autumn I found an unknown, maybe facultative coprophilous pyrenomycete on hare dung.
It grew separately to gregarious and with it's long hairs over and over it seemed simple to determinate.
But after looking in several issues I not even know the genus!
Maybe that you can help!
Pseudothecia 0,3 - 0,5 mm, with distinctly neck and ostiolum.
Asci biseriate, 120 - 140 x 20 µm, apical ring (4 - 5 µm) a little bit turning into blue with Lugol. Unitunicate?
Ascospores hyaline, narrowly elliptically (28 - 30 x 8 - 10 µm); mature spores become 1-septate at least.
Hairs until 350 x 12 µm, brown, septate and thick-walled.

did you consider Iodosphaeria? However I am unaware of a species matching your collection.

This seems to be a good idea.
But all species of Iodosphaeria with those I compared have smaller and somewhat narrower ascospores.
Like you say, there is no species which agrees with my collection.
