I have not never looked at lichen microscopic.
I see askus that contains spores, isn't thus?

This is clearly a lichen. Figure 6 but shows the algae.

Yes, it certainly is a lichen. Before any determination we need to know the substrate, the type of thallus, and see if the apothecia are lécidéines or lécanorines.
