Stictis cf. friabilis and literature request
Åge Oterhals, 27-03-2026 10:47
I have tentatively identified this Stictis to S. friabilis, however, I lack a key including this species. The species is not included in Wedin et al. 2006. Stictis s. lat. (Ostropales, Ascomycota) in northern Scandinavia, with a key and notes on morphological variation in relation to lifestyle. Mycological research 110:773–789. Is there any newer literature on the genus including key to species?
Found on decorticated Corylus avellana wood in September last year. Ascomata 0,3-0,6 mm diam. Hymenium redbrown. Asci 97-102 x 12-15 µm. Spores 48-66 x 2,4-2,6 µm.
I hope someone can help with literature and confirmation.

Regards
Åge
