Bonjour tous,
Récolté dans les Vosges le 22/10/25.
Apothécie blanchâtre sur boid indéterminé (probablement de résineux).
Asques octosporés, bisériés, IKI rb, type calycina, h+.
Paraphyse septées, avec de grandes guttules.
Excipulum ectal à textura globulosa.
Spores avec deux grosses guttules vers les extrémités et des petites autour, 11,1-14,4 X 3,9-4,4µ.
Je tourne autour des Calycina mais n'arrive pas plus avant.

Bonjour Éric,
the nice VBs in the paraphyses in combination wth the Excipulum being a textura globulosa points to Mollisia, once in a while you can find them white or only in the ultimate base some brown cells.

Did this grow on the moist ground? A thin or thick twig or branch?
My first guess is Leptodontidium trabinellum, but that species grows gergarious in large populations How large are the apothecia?

Merci à tous les deux pour vos réponses.
Le bois était imbu, mais il n'y avait que quelques exemplaires. Les apothécies étaient inférieures aà 1 mm, Leptodontidium trabinellum semble convenir, la réaction au Lugol semble être rb dans le cas de mon étude, c'est le seul point qui me semble discutable.
L. subtrabinellum semble avoir des spores plus grandes, est-ce ce point qui les différencie ?

Yes, longer spores and a tendency to get more septa when overmature.
So I guess it is. What I do not see on your pics is that the paraphyses usually have a lot of septa below, with rather short cells.

Yes, but you must distinguish between septa and plasma bridges. Sometimes it is better to kill the cells, e.g., by a flame, r by KOH, to avoid such confusion. I am not sure if these dense septa are constant in this genus.
