Hello I want to ask you if you have found this ye
Hyalopeziza from French Alps
Lothar Krieglsteiner,

found on 26.7.2024 on Amelanchier ovalis-twig in alpine site (not far from Glacier). Macroscopically, it resembles H. alni a bit (Alnus alnobetula was not far). I found this on ascofrance: http://ascofrance.fr/search_forum/70054This could perhaps be my species (?)
Unfortunately, the specimen was not fully ripe and I was not able to get spores outside the asci. The measures of about 9-12/3-3,5 can thus not taken fully serous. The asci have croziers and are IKI-negative. The thick-walled hairs are long and mostly unseptate.
Who has a contribution?
Best regards, Lothar

Re : Hyalopeziza from French Alps
Hallo Lothar
How long and broad are the hairs? Did you take an oil immersion photo of the lower hair part?
It is strange but the species on Salix lacks croziers (besides Andgelo's find there is another by Elisabeth in my folder "alni aff. Salix twigs H+, IKI- 7.5-15 x 2.5-3.8").
You have any photo of the croziers?
Zotto

Re : Hyalopeziza from French Alps
Hello Zotto,
thanks for your comment.
No, I have no foto of the croziers. I will try to re-examine soon to get a foto.
I add fotos of lower parts of the hairs (1000x).
I did not measure the hair width, but I will do this soon with the scale and write again.
Best regards, Lothar

Re : Hyalopeziza from French Alps
from my fotos I find the hairs to be (roughly) up to 240-270 µm long (longer ones) and in basal parts about 4-4,7 µm broad.
