Récoltées sur résidus de taille, pourrissants de Cupressocyparis leylandii , ces petites apothécies stipitées blanches de 0.2 à 0.5 mm de diamètre.
- Ascospores 6 - 8 / 2.5-3.5 µm
- Asques 35-45 / 5-6 µm, Cr+, IKI bb (difficile à voir), octosporés avec 4 grosses spores et 4 plus petites.
- Paraphyses cylindriques septées.
- Cellules marginales légèrement élargies, granuleuses.
Cela pourrait correspondre à Calycina junipericola

J'ai l'impression de voir des poils de Cistella dans ta dernière photo, non ? ET pas vraiment de grandes vacuoles réfringentes homogènes dans les paraphyses.

This is correct, and with a narrow genus concept it would be a Gemmina (this and G. gemmarum have warted hairs like Cistella).

Yes, clearly this species. The two large guttules are vacuoles, they stain blue in CRB, I have a photo by Raul.

Sorry, I meant VBs, instead of CRBs.
I believed that VBs only existed in the paraphyses and in the cells of the outer layer of the ectal exciple, and that in the spores there could only be LBs.

This is mainly true but not always. Take Orbilia, the spore body is a specialised vacuole. A good test is KOH, the drops will disappear.
