Yellow stalked apo

I need help with the determination of a certain yellow stalked apo. These bright lemon-yellow fruit bodies were found on the humous (alluvial probably) calcareous soil under Carpinus betulus and Acer campestre, collected 29.8.2020, altitude cca 300 meters. Apothecia max. 6 mm on average, stem max. 10-11 mm high, outer side of the entire apo is scurfy.
Micro (fresh material): Excipulum of the cup is stratified, subhymenium not recognized, upper medull. excipulum with text. angularis - text. globulosa, and some cells seem to me a little elongated, intermed. medull. excipulum with text. intricata, lower medull. excipulum is the same as the upper one. Ectal excipulum with text. globulosa, smaller cells.
Asci IKI-. Paraphyses with lemon-yellow pigment, distinctly exceeding asci in hymenium. Ascospores ellipsoid, Me = 15.2 × 7.6 µm ; Qe = 2,0; N = 25; smooth, thick-walled (1.4 - 2.9 µm), no guttules.
Thanks for your help.
Marek

Re : Yellow stalked apo
An immature Ascobolus presumably, though inamyloid asci might be a problem.
