Gelatinopsis septata?
Stefan Blaser, 15-05-2020 09:06
Hello everybody,

I found this one on a "phlepioid" basidiomycete which may be Merulius tremellosus or Phlebia spec. I arrived at Gelatinopsis aff. septata with the key of Baral/Marson. However the host would fit typical G. septata, but Spores are 3-septate. On the other hand, Apothecia seem too big for G. septata. What do you think about this collection?

Apothecia dark brown, 0.2-0.35 mm diam.

Ascospores 11-15 x 3-3.5 µm, 3-septate, budding in dead asci or when free

Asci 55-70 x 9-12 µm

Many thanks and best wishes,

Stefan

Re : Gelatinopsis septata?
Hallo Stefan
