Asci 130-200 x 6(-8) µm, cap 2.5-3.0 µm, ascospores 8, 130-200 x 1.5-2.5 µm, septate, the cells 3-5 µm long
p. 234, fig. 94 (p. 237) Stictis radiata:
Asci 120-250 x 5.5-6(-8) µm, cap. 3.5 µm, ascospores 8, nearly as long as the asci, 2.0-2.5 broad, septate, cells 4-6 µm long
p. 235: "ultimately, only broader, unbranched periphysoids are reliable for separating these two species."
It's my first Stictis .... periphysoids to see on picture 10?
