Phaeohelotium from the Italian Alps

Lothar Krieglsteiner

... near Colle Essichie in Valle Maira, alpine stage (about 2000 m NN), at wet situation at margin of a small rivulet, 4.7.2017 - the fotos unfortunately did not get GPS-data. The apothecia grew in mud, I think that they were in connection with herbaceous remains, not with the moss growing around.

I think this is close to P. imberbe - but the spores are a bit small.

The asci react blue in IKI, croziers are present.

Best regards, Lothar

Hallo Zotto,

ich habe nur das eine Foto (das letzte) - sonst keines vom Apikalapparat.

Ich müsste nochmal präparieren ...

Ahja, ist etwas unscharf.

Also ich muss da passen, ist vielleicht was Alpines, was man sonst nicht findet.
