Is the substratum Quercus by any chance? ...yeah, i couldn't really see the hairs in the photos, but spores would atleast fit to Hyaloscypha daedalea. If you get to observe marginal hairs in water you might observe some loose granules on the hair surface. They are not always there. Hairs should be tapering. And max one septa, not multiseptate. And thin walled all the way - or then you have something else...
