Bernard CLESSESur tronc de hêtre vivant. Je vois souvent ces taches noires sans savoir ce que c'est. Au micro je vois des conidies de deux types : des conidies filiformes et arquées telles que celles de Libertella faginea et des conidies ellipsoïdes.

Une idée ?

Are you sure that the conidia belong to the fungus shown on the first three photos? Because in the field I probably would have identified that one as Ascodichaena rugosa...

I now understand why I had two different types of conidia. In the same box of harvest, I had also Libertella faginea which surely polluted this harvest of Ascodichaena rugosa.

Bonsoir Michel, 

Je n'ai pas investigué plus à fond, me disant que toutes ces conidies arquées étaient celles de Libertella faginea, récoltées presque en mêm temps et exemplaires stockés dans deux casiers contigus d'une même boîte à casiers.
