The spores are quite small for S kerguelensis but to be sure a picture of the spore ornamentation would be essential. If the ornamentation does not show up in LCB then spores are immature and leaving them for a while might give better results. The micro features are not a bad fit for S superba so a check for loosening perispore might also rule this species in or out.

Hi
The easy part of your question the "loosening perispore". There are a few Scutellinia species that have spores which when heated in LCB the outer surface comes away from the main body of the spore.
Although your third picture does show some ornamentation of small coalescing warts I cannot find a species that fits in all aspects. The nearest I can get is S subhirtella but I the ornamentation does not look right.
