This looks like a Lasiobelonium but I am not sure which species. In which locality did you find it? Could you please test the Lugol reaction?

I am sorry there is no good literature about this genus. Many collections remain unnamed, this is the current situation. One can only collect data and hope to recollect the same thing to get an idea of a species.
If you tell me the country where you collect I could get a better idea on such a collection.
