Strange tar spots on Betula

does anyone have an idea what species these black spots could be?
It is only a mass of conidia. When fresh, it was a convex structure, some flowed together. The texture was watery and stained the fingers. When dry it is a thin, powdery coating.
Conidia: 11,5-18 x 8,5-10 µm, elliptical greyish-brownish, nonseptate, thick-walled, multiguttulate, with conspicuous porus
Porus: 1,5-2 x 0,5-1 µm
Substrate: dead branches of Betula pendula lying on the ground
Best regards
