the hairs seems to have some apical solidifications, I would search this among the glassy haired ones.

I lately found U. incarnatina on the same substrate and in the same kind of site, but spores have oil drops.

I forgot to mention the macroscopical appearance:
The apothecia are more or less cushion-like in age, with a slightly wavy surrounding. The colour is whitish with a slight hue of rose colour - so the name U. incsrnatina would be very fitting judging from the colour ....

I looked at several species of Unguiculella and it seems the right genus, but my species has a RED porus reaction - all species I could find have a blue or negative reaction.

I had the same IKI reaction , so I hesitate between U. incarnatina and pani (you can see in Zotto's file under pani a similar IKI reaction (then blue with KOH) but none actually fits perfectly)

 After a check, my collection was not on Juncus but on Cirsium among Pyrenopeziza carduorum, P. atrata and P. ''longipilosa'' 

I attach a few pics. Did you have similar hooked hairs ?

if there is one with a negative reaction in dead taxonomy description that is fitting well I would choose that because the chance that melzer is used is high. On the other hand you don't know if thematerial was KOH pre-treated. Anyhow if one is fitting well without taking the porus reaction in account I would choose that c.f.

I missed your posting, this is the reasenable alternative although my personal favour would be to keep the name pani for cryptogamic host solely and regard this one as a separate taxon.

tu peut voir les poils sur le troisième foto dans mon message initial.

J'ai eu seulement deux apothecia malhereusement et je ne peux pas verifié si les poils etaient flexueuse comme chez la collection de toi, mais je dirais que non.
