Hypomyces on Gomphus

Does anyone know of any papers that talk about Hypomyces on Gomphus.  I searched everything that I could find and I can not see anything mentioning one growing on Gomphus.  I have a collection from earlier this year that occured on Gomphus clavatus but I can not find it as a host, I am stuck on trying to figure it out.

Thank you,

John

Re : Hypomyces on Gomphus
Hi John,
are you sure the host is Gomphus? some Russulales parasited by Hypomyces  look like Gomphus. Did you check the ascospores of the host?
Best regards,
Christian

Re : Hypomyces on Gomphus
I believe it was growing on Gomphus clavatus.  I checked the host spores to confirm.  I saw an a aleuriospore so I assume hypomyces.  I need to search some more of them.  At first I was thinking some type of hyphomycete comming up from the soil.
