I found this species on fraxinus. Frb up to 1mm, spores 10/12x2µm, asci 60/100x6/7µm, 8-spored. 2 very small drops at each end of the spores.
Ps don't look at the colours of some microsocpic pics (it's due to mix of Melzer and coton blue)

Hi Ralph,
It's not a Nitschkia but a Diatrypaceae.
With a vertical cut, you will see immersed perithecia. On your photo, you only show the ostioles.
We have to take informations with a vertical section.
