sadly I do not have the title you are requesting but others of the same author containing Gnomoniaceae of the Russian Far East. Do you search for the description of a specific taxon? And if yes which one?

Martin I am interested in the description of Mazzantia: Vasiljeva in this book describes a new species, M. angelicae, based on Sphaeria angelicae Berk. Currently M. angelicae is attributed to the genus Diaporthe.
