I found this fungi in a dead trunk with trumped like apotecias ? -- The microscope shows some like acervuli with alantoid spores, anyone have idea what is,?

your fungus is Fusarium sp., anamorphic Corallomycetella jatrophae.
That is a very common species in South America.
