This scutellinis is common in this time  in Panama, in dead trunks ...aPOTECIA 5 - 7 MM. ACROSS, HAIRS 7'' X 30 Three epta, bi and trifurcted roots, pores ovoid, 70 x 15 microns.

Probably S. jungneri, very common in your part of world.
But it's difficult to be sure without sporal ornementation.
Color of apothecia, hairs and form of spores correspond but another species are possible.
What are the measurements of spores ?
