Merci

Re:Asco sur Alnus glutinosa
Hi Pablo
you did not measure the spores? On the macro it seems there are very short hairs on the outside?
I have no idea, of course it would be necessary to see the VBs in the paraphyses. Aer you sure with absent croziers?
0.4-0.6 mm is quite big :-), the macro suggests a smaller fungus.

Ah, asci without croziers! Paraphyses obviously with VBs. The hairs are cylindrical and smooth? Too small your images to be seen.

Re:Asco sur Alnus glutinosa
o.k., now it is quite clear: you have a Mollisina, the hairs have a flexuous massive bristle.
I once made a drawing of a find on leaves of Alnus (DVD Mollisina ´alni´, HB 2937.JPG), with inamyloid asci. But yours I would identify as M. acerina. You can check whether you find hairs with lateral bristles.

Re:Asco sur Alnus glutinosa
I've looked at your drawing in DVD, M. acerina, and the reaction of paraphyses IKI is the same, and the hair too.
Thank you very much Zotto.
you're the best¡¡¡
