Isaria friesii teleomorph
Thorben Hülsewig, 11-11-2018 19:33
Hi there,

today i found on stems of Eupatorium sp. a Isaria friesii who grow on an ascomycete.
A similiar finding is on this site, but there are no comments about the name of the ascomycete.
http://fungi.myspecies.info/all-fungi/isaria-friesii
Any ideas what that could be ?

best regards,
Thorben

Re : Isaria friesii teleomorph
It is ana- and teleomorph, a polyphagous species.

You find it in Phacidiales, Helicogoniaceae, Calloriopsis reynoutriae.

Undescribed as it seems, and identity with Isaria friesii not 100%.
