Another Peziza flesh-pink 111115 24 ¿P. subisabellina?
Miguel Ángel Ribes, 10-12-2015 21:33
Miguel Ãngel RibesGood night

At the same place and day than yesterday P. gr. apiculata. This one with a turbinate apo (width and short stem), small (< 7 mm).

Spores smooth, measurements:  (16,1) 17,6 - 20,7 (22,2) x (8,6) 9,3 - 11,2 (11,6) µm; Q = (1,6) 1,7 - 2,1 (2,3) ; N = 51; Me = 19,0 x 10,3 µm ; Qe = 1,9.

Asci with croziers, bluish at all the surface with IKI.

I only see similar P. subisabellina.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Miguel,
yes, this is in my opinion P. subisabellina. However, the measured spores are on the low border, because likely yet immature. Sometime I have found the species on burnt ground.
Greetings Peter.

Re : Another Peziza flesh-pink 111115 24 ¿P. subisabellina?

Bonjour Miquel Angel,

Je suis d'accord avec Peter . Il ya un caractère particulier à cette pézize: l'amyloidité des asques qui la fait parfois confondre avec un Pachyella . (D'ailleurs dans IF , le nom valide est P. subisabellina)

Amitiés Michel
