Apothecia diameter about 5 mm.
Asci: 6-spored (90%), sometimes 7-spored, spores biseriate.
Spores smooth, with 2 (most often), 1, occasionally 3 large drops, average 22.0um x 9.1um, Q = 2.4 (sample of 19 spores).

Yes, probably Sepultariella semi-immersa (at least its complex).
