Found in Abies cephalonica, diam. 3 mm, spores 12 [13.9 ; 14.7] 16.5 × 4 [4.4 ; 4.6] 5 µm, Q = 2.6 [3.1 ; 3.3] 3.7 ; N = 30 ; C = 95%, Me = 14.3 × 4.5 µm ; Qe = 3.2.

I assume P. epiphyllum but the paraphyses are not alive, not to speak of the asci. From the paraphysis content one can distinguish it from P. monticola which is also usually more yellow.
