Re : Yellow fruitbodies between Calamagrostis arenaria
The spores remind me of Hymenoscyphus conscriptus which is usually only on Salix.

Re : Yellow fruitbodies between Calamagrostis arenaria
Thank you for the quick answer. We found this little dead twig in the outer dunes with a lot of Salix repens nearby and no other vegetation than Calamagrostis. The spore measures suits H.conscriptus very well, also the little oil drops at both ends of the spores.

Re : Yellow fruitbodies between Calamagrostis arenaria
In the Dutch database there is no place for H.conscriptus I discovered so I had to use H.salicinus. A lot of discussion about this species?

Re : Yellow fruitbodies between Calamagrostis arenaria
Strange, I never met that name. It is in Persoon 1794 described with a few words. No idea if there exists any specimen to check.

Re : Yellow fruitbodies between Calamagrostis arenaria
In B. Declercq's 2020 key is H. salicinus mentioned as possible (unsure) synonym of H. conscriptus.
I guess this might be the reason why the Dutch database lists "H. salicinus" as priority name. Check page no. 146: https://www.mycologen.nl/Coolia/PDF-files/Coolia57(3)pp139-149_Osieck_vdPutte_Cristella_Texel_nov_2013.pdf (the link has to be copy-pasted)

Re : Yellow fruitbodies between Calamagrostis arenaria
Thanks Viktorie! Of course H. fructigenus is a mistake, and H. conscriptus/salicinus is a good species. H. calyculus was so far very difficult regarding a barcode, there are a number of very different sequences. For H. conscriptus exist Turkish sequences, but the group requires more detalied study.
