spores ca. 65 x 10 µm, curved fusiform, with a broad sllme coat, 1-septate, hyaline. Asci 8-spored. Pseudothecia black, completely immersed in host tissue. I have been unable to find a match with such big 2-celled spores.

reminds me of Wettsteinina niesslii (= Leptosphaeria gigaspora Niessl) as described (renamed) by E. Müller 1950. The host of the type collection was Carex acutiformis, the spores have a slimy coat and - roughly - the size of the ones in your collection (52-65 x 7-9).
