... on naked red soil under Ceratonia, Olea and other mediterranean bushes, near Tor (Algarve). It does not seem to be an alga - the contents in the cells are too small to be plastids. The filaments are without septa and branching dichotomously. One of my thoughs is a possible Glomeromycota but am quite helpless. Who can help?
