thanks for your proposal. But - I do not think so, at least not T. aurea. The filaments look different and have septa and larger inclusions.

Could this be perhaps a xanthophycaeous alga, like a Vaucheria?
at least I have a feeling that it may grow also on naked soil and it is one of few "macroscopic algae" with discernable filaments
