Lothar Krieglsteiner, 12-02-2023 10:31
Lothar Krieglsteiner.. Algarve, near Tor, yesterday, decorticated log of ? Cercis (Querus)?. The spores are about 5-6/2,5 µm. Can somebody provide a proposal?

Hi Lothar
Perhaps the ascomata are hysterothecia and no pseudothecia. I think you should look into Hysteriales.

Hello Enrique,
you are likely right, The slit and not pore ist quite short, but it is longitudinal to some amount.
Thanks and best regards, Lothar

Hello Enrique,
I have taken a look in Zogg - and Glonium abbreviatum should be a quite good solution. Thanks again and best regards!
